We are very pleased to welcome our newest Reservation Agent, Danielle Jarvis.
With a BA in English from Ryerson and a Construction Engineering Technology Program diploma from George Brown College, Danielle is uniquely qualified to work with both new and existing clients, and to manage bookings for all our furnished suites. (When was the last time you met someone who’d read both The Faerie Queene and the Mathematics for Building Technologies II textbook?)
Previously, Danielle spent 5 years as a customer service professional with TD Bank, where she was appreciated for her unflappability, friendliness, and willingness to really go the extra mile for her clients.
When she’s not putting her unusual combination of skills and experience to good use at TLG, you can find Danielle spending time with her family – especially her 6 nieces and nephews.
We’re glad that Danielle has chosen to join TLG – we look forward to working with her for a long time to come!
